Welcome to the StartPrint platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your ("you") use of the StartPrint website and mobile application. StartPrint is a digital platform that connects print service providers ("providers") with users who want to print documents, photos, books, and other printed materials at nearby providers.

• "Account" – a user profile created after registration
• "Provider" – a registered print office offering printing services to users
• "User" – a person who has created an account and uses StartPrint’s services
• "Print Order" – a service request made via the application
• "Application" – StartPrint’s mobile or web application

3. General Provisions

Please read this document carefully before registering in the application. We recommend reviewing this document in a tangible form. By registering in the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions, and that their provisions apply to you. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not register or use the application.

4. Registration

Registration is required to use the printing service in the application. To register, select "Login" in the menu, then "Register," and fill out the registration form. The form requires the following personal information: name, email, and password. Before completing the registration, the user must check the box confirming they are of legal age and that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration is available via Apple ID or Google. For account security, we recommend not using identical credentials as on other platforms. In any case, StartPrint is not responsible for ensuring the security of user accounts.

By registering, the user confirms and guarantees that all information provided to StartPrint is complete and accurate, will keep the account details confidential, and will ensure limited access to the account by third parties.

5. Printing Service Terms

To use the printing service, a print order must be placed. The process involves choosing a print type (e.g., photo, book, certificate, business card), then selecting paper size, type (glossy, matte), and extras (binding, lamination, etc.).

After choosing all parameters, the user uploads files to the system and receives a list of providers along with the offered prices.

The user can choose any provider from the list based on various parameters such as location, reviews, etc.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are only accepted in advance via cashless methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). On the payment page, the user enters their card details. The payment is confirmed by the corresponding payment service provider.

7. Product Delivery Terms

Product delivery is currently only available by visiting the provider’s office. The provider is obligated to store the printed material for no more than 14 days. After 14 days, the material is considered completed but not delivered, and the user is not entitled to a refund.

8. Account Cancellation

The user may cancel their account at any time via the “Profile” section of the app. Additionally, StartPrint reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any account based on notification, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent, fake, or illegal use or usage contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Liability

Products presented in the application are provided “as is,” and StartPrint does not provide any implied or explicit warranties. StartPrint also does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of materials in the app or on any linked websites. We do not guarantee the content's accuracy or the app's uninterrupted availability, and we do not ensure it will be free of bugs, viruses, or other errors.

If StartPrint is found liable, our liability is limited to the value of the disputed product. StartPrint is not responsible for damages or consequential liabilities (e.g., lost income) arising from negligence by StartPrint, its employees, or agents.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
• Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
• Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.

12. Changes

From time to time, it may be necessary to update this policy. If changes are made, we will publish them on our website and application. The updated policy becomes effective upon publication. You should periodically check for updates. By continuing to use the website or application after changes, you agree to the updated policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. In case of incidents, users can contact our support team directly through the app for immediate resolution. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgian courts for resolving any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.
